    Ingredients

    Healthy crunchy fruit salad

    237g/8.4oz melon

    93g/3.3oz apple

    80g/2.8oz banana

    65g/2.3oz peach

    26g/0.9oz watermelon (optional)

    2 pinch chia seeds (optional)

    2 tsp honey

    Instructions

    Add all peeled and chopped fruits into a bowl.

    Pour honey over it.

    Sprinkle chia seeds.

    Serve immediately.

    Tips

    This recipe is for two servings.

    Use fresh fruits.

    Don’t chop fruits one day before because the apple and banana goes dark in colours.

    Chop the fruit to size that everyone can comfortably eat it.
