Arbi-D (Irbesartan + hydrochlorothiazide USP) Tablet is used for the treatment of high blood pressure (hypertension) in patients.
Each pack of Arbi-D contains 10’s tablets of 150/12.5mg. Also Available as: Arbi-D 300/12.5mg.
Each film coated tablet contains:
Irbesartan USP 150mg
Hydrochlorothiazide USP 12.5mg.

How it works:
Arbi-D Tablet is composed of Irbesartan and Hydrochlorothiazide. Irbesartan is an angiotensin receptor blocker or ARB. It works by relaxing the blood vessels to make blood flow easier.
This medicine shows effectiveness by lowering high blood pressure and preventing kidney problems, strokes, and heart attacks Hydrochlorothiazide is a diuretic (water pill) that causes patients to make more urine, which helps get rid of extra water and salt.
Some side effects may be caused by this medicine, but they are extremely rare. Side effects can include:
- Stomach upset
- Muscle cramps
- Dry mouth
- Irregular heartbeat
Some serious side effects may also occur;
- Eye pain
- A high potassium blood level
- Kidney problems
You should stop the use immediately and consult your doctor or a pharmacist if an allergic reaction occurs.
