D-Tres
D-Tres (cholecalciferol) injection is used to treat or prevent bone loss (osteoporosis).
It contains Vitamin D which is used to treat low levels of calcium or phosphate caused by certain disorders such as hypoparathyroidism, pseudohypoparathyroidism, and familial hypophosphatemia.

- Hypoparathyroidism

It is used to treat Vitamin D Resistant Rickets by meeting the calcium requirements of the body.
- Familial Hypophosphatemia
It is used in Familial Hypophosphatemia to increase the level of phosphates in the blood.

D-Tres Injection 5 mg 1 Ampx1 mL acts by promoting the absorption of calcium, phosphates, and Vitamin A from different organs and helps in maintaining overall health.
Side Effects:
Normal doses usually have no side effects. But in overdosage and inappropriate use, it may cause :
- Hypercalcemia
- Hypercalciuria
- Allergy
- Mental Confusion
- Constipation
Caution :
Don’t use it if the container is leaking, the solution is cloudy, or contains undissolved particles.
