Glucophage (Metformin Hydrochloride) belongs to the first-line medication class and it is mainly used in the treatment of type 2 diabetes.

Composition:

The pack has 5×10 film coated tablets.

The dose varies in 250 mg, 500 mg, 750 mg, and 850 mg tablets.
