Metliptin (Vildagliptin + Metformin HCl) tablet is used with a healthy diet and proper exercise to control high blood sugar in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
Uses:
Metliptin Tablet is composed of Vildagliptin + Metformin. Vildagliptin belongs to a group of medicines known as dipeptidyl peptidase 4 (DPP-4) inhibitors.
Metformin belongs to a group of medicines known as biguanides. It shows effectiveness by increasing the release of insulin. It also helps by reducing the amount of sugar made by the liver.

Some side effects may be caused by this medicine, but they are extremely rare, Common side-effects are;
Metallic taste in the mouth, loss of appetite, Dizziness, Trembling, Headache, Nausea, Diarrhea, and Vomiting.
Some serious side effects may also occur; The low blood glucose level, Severe dizziness, Dark urine, yellowing eyes or skin, and Breathing problems.
