Zucchini (Tinda) healthy Curry recipe

738 g/25.6 oz: chopped Zucchini (tinda)

99 g/3.5 oz: chopped onion

638g/22.5 oz: tomato puree/(blended)

100 ml: water

2 tsp: oil

1 tsp: curry powder, paprika powder, coriander powder

½ tsp: salt, cumin


Heat the oil add onion when it begun golden browning add cumin.

Add tomato puree, salt and all spices cover with lid cook for 1 minute.

Add Zucchini (tinda) mix all then add water.

Cover and cook over low heat, stirring a few times till cooked (18 minutes).

Garnish with chopped coriander, lemon etc and serve.


This recipe will make 3 servings.

After peeling 1 kg Zucchini will become 738 g/25.6 oz.
